Life is hectic nowadays; we are busy with work, family, school, church, friends… Someone is missing…YOU! Make time for yourself everyday... If you don’t take care of yourself you will not be able to take care of anything else. Here are some things that can help:
-eat healthy foods (even if you have to juice them)
-Practice good hygiene –wash your hands frequently, it keeps critters at bay!
- Look to the future, what happened in the past stayed there, don’t rehash them!
-Enjoy your friendships; get together for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine
-Take a long bath, meditate, pray.
-Take a walk and take time to smell the flowers
Make a habit of taking care of yourself first; if you are happy and healthy the rest is easy!
